My Family

My family plays an important role in my life and has taught me the values of responsibility, hard work, and respect. They motivate me to stay focused on my goals and always do my best in school. Being part of a supportive family has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well with others. I take pride in representing my family positively through my actions, attitude, and commitment to growth. I come from a small Jamaican family and live with my parents, along with my older brother. Family time is very important to us we love going to the beach together and enjoying traditional Jamaican cuisine. One of our favorite traditions is cooking and sharing Sunday dinner every weekend, which keeps us close and connected. We also stay in touch with our family back home, and although we miss them dearly, maintaining those relationships helps us stay grounded in our culture and values.
